China also continues to lead the games in speed slalom and classic freestyle The sun is finally shining again over Rome and on the terrace of the Pincio where the inline freestyle world championship has been taking place for four days. The last two days have been complicated and, due to the persistent rain, the competitions could not be held regularly. The judges were forced to cancel some competition after another due to the adverse weather conditions. Among the women, Spain’s Victoria Andres Jofre succeeded in undermining the Asian hegemony by taking the bronze medal, behind Liu Jia Xin, silver medallist in 2023, and Qin Yu Qing.
